Mp3 Share Great lake Swimmers
“Everything Is Moving So Fast”

or you can try here too!

On Saturday Great Lake Swimmers gave a concert at Trinity-St. Pauls United Church. I knew I had to share a song from last years Polaris nominated album called “Lost Channels”. The entire album is so great that I couldn’t make up my mind for a long time. After listening for the third time I decided to share “Everything Is Moving So Fast”. Check out their wiki. I hope you will enjoy this one and buy all four of their albums.

Just had to post so you know I really will try to get back to my regular Monday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule. Here’s another cartoon from a while ago that made me laugh. It’s from Speed Bump which I try to see every day. It will quite likely be like this at the END:

Mp3 Share Norah Jones
“Chasing Pirates”

or you can try here too!

I was listening to Regis and Kelly (not something I do normally) a few weeks ago and Norah Jones was on. I thought then that I should share a song from her latest album, since I really liked it. Then I read in the paper that she will be taking part in the 2010 Lilith Fair tour. I knew right then that this weeks selection had to be Norah. I decided to share “Chasing Pirates” from her newest album called “The Fall”. Check out Norah’s wiki. I hope you will enjoy this one and buy the album.

Java Download Aid.

January 27th, 2010 by schrysler

JDownloader is open source, platform independent (windows, mac, linux, etc) and written completely in Java. It simplifies downloading files from One-Click-Hosters like Rapidshare.com or Megaupload.com - not only for users with a premium account but also for users who don’t pay. It offers downloading in multiple paralell streams, captcha recognition, automatical file extraction and much more. Additionally, many ‘link encryption’ sites are supported - so you just paste the ‘encrypted’ links and JD does the rest. JDownloader can import CCF, RSDF and the new DLC files. Of course, JDownloader is absolutely free of charge. Check out JDownloader!

Mp3 Share Tegan and
Sarah

“The Cure”

or you can try here too!

Some more Canadian content with Tegan and Sarah, twin sisters, singers, and songwriters. They released an album called “The Con” back in 2007. I shared “Back In Your Head” and later the title track with you. Last October they released a great new album called “Sainthood”. They’ve been touring and doing interviews for the album and passed by Toronto recently. The interesting point is that they refuse to do interviews together. Each will do separate interviews but not together. It made interesting reading in the papers. From the new album here is a share of the title tune called “The Cure”. Check them out at their own site. I hope you will enjoy this one and buy the album.

For ALL you lovers out there, John Mayer is coming to the Air Canada Centre just in time for Valentines Day. Because of this I thought I’d share a song that is on the 2009 album “Battle Studies” called “Half Of My Heart” (with Taylor Swift). It is a good album and if you can get past his hit “Your’re Body is Wonderland”, you might want to check out this one. Hope you enjoy this share. If you do enjoy it check out the wiki page.
